Refund Policy


We at Simple Solutions (Hamara Choice) aim to ensure transparency in our Gold Scheme. Please read our refund policy carefully:

  • 1. Enrollment & Cancellation
    Once enrolled, you may cancel your scheme within [X days, e.g., 15 days] of registration for a full refund of the amount paid.
    After this period, cancellation terms will apply as per scheme rules.
  • 2. Refund Eligibility
    Refunds are applicable only on premature closure or cancellation of the scheme.
    Any refund will be processed after deducting applicable charges (administrative fees, taxes, or penalties if mentioned in the scheme terms).
  • 3. Refund Process
    Refund requests must be submitted in writing/email along with valid ID proof and scheme documents.
    Refunds will be processed within [X working days, e.g., 7–10 working days] through the same payment mode used for the installment.
  • 4. Non-Refundable Cases
    • No refunds will be provided after maturity if the scheme is already settled in gold/jewellery.
    • Missed installments or non-compliance with scheme rules may result in forfeiture as per terms & conditions.
